UI + UX + CX
Snoobi Analytics is an analytics tool similar to Google Analytics, but taking the service further with more detailed functionalities and comprehensive options for customising the reports. My task was to design the UI and create a visual look for the application.
Updating an outdated design
The previous version of Snoobi was outdated in terms of UI and UX design as well as the visual look. Our mission was to give a total makeover for the user experience and appeal. The developers at Adage programmed a whole new front-end using the latest javascript and CSS techniques, giving the application a smooth and intuitive feel.
User Testing
UX research was an important part of the process. Adage collaborated with the users of Snoobi Analytics to ensure continuity in UI logic. The application was also validated with focus group sessions and user interviews.
